  • How much does it cost?

  • How much room do I need?

It depends on the inflatable rented.  Click on the the inflatable tab for dimensions and add 3-4 feet to the width and length dimensions.  Action Inflatables can also help you lay out the best use of space for multiple games.  The area should be fairly level, free of rocks and sticks, and within 75 feet of an electrical outlet.  We prefer to set up on grass, but can set up in a parking lot or driveway.

 

  • How does the unit stay inflated?

We set up the unit with a fully enclosed blower unit that must stay on the entire time.  The blower must be within 75 feet of a standard electrical outlet (15 amp).  If power is not available we can provide you with a generator for $50.

 

  • Who sets up the inflatables?

Action Inflatables will come to the desired location to set up before your event.  We also brief  you on safety instructions.  After your event is over we will come pick up the inflatable.  There is a small delivery charge outside the Kansas City Metro area, otherwise delivery is free.  We also have trained staff to run the inflatable for an additional charge, just let us know.

 

  • How do I reserve an inflatable?

Just give us a call and set everything up.  We work on a first come first serve basis.  You let us know the time and location and we will send you out a contract.  You just make sure the information is correct and sign and return the contract with a 50% deposit.  This holds the inflatable(s) for your event.  

 

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

If you give us sufficient notice you can cancel your reservation.  This also applies to weather cancellations.  Once the inflatable is set up we collect the balance and no refunds will be given.

 

  • What is your weather policy?

An inflatable must not be used when it is wet outside and/or when winds are 20 mph or more.  These are very important safety factors.

 

  • Can the inflatables be set up indoors?

Yes they can.  We set up in gyms and multi-purpose rooms frequently.  Just let us know the dimensions of the space and we will let you know if the games will fit.

 

  • Are your inflatables clean?

Yes, they are cleaned frequently with a disinfectant spray.  Cleanliness is part of safety!

 

  • Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we are a fully insured company.  We will provide you with a certificate.  Even if you do not rent from us, make sure your inflatable provider is fully insured!

 

  • Are your inflatables safe?

Our inflatables are constructed with quality and safety in mind!  All of our games have posted safety rules and we provide you with additional rules and safety guidelines when we set up the units.  We train your volunteers on the importance of these rules.  We also can provide trained employees as an added service for an additional cost

 

  • Are there any age limits on the games?

No!  Adults and children alike can participate in the fun.  There are certain games that are better suited for particular ages.  Just give us a call and we can make recommendations.
